公司對(duì)于工程項(xiàng)目采用項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)制，從系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)到工廠(chǎng)制造、管理、監(jiān)督直至設(shè)備調(diào)試運(yùn)行，均由項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人專(zhuān)職管理。產(chǎn)品將根據(jù)具體要求進(jìn)行施工設(shè)計(jì)，由工廠(chǎng)按照工程進(jìn)度要求安排生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃，確保設(shè)備制造周期。設(shè)備的生產(chǎn)制造過(guò)程嚴(yán)格遵照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及完善且成熟的加工工藝文件及裝配工藝文件進(jìn)行。生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中按照質(zhì)量管理制度進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格的質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)確保設(shè)備制造質(zhì)量。控制系統(tǒng)的軟件編制在工廠(chǎng)進(jìn)行程序調(diào)試，確保控制系統(tǒng)動(dòng)作準(zhǔn)確可靠。
